Ready to win ELMT rewards? Participate in the Element United Pinball Swap Event for a chance to receive a multiplier on your ELMT tokens—multipliers may vary and could include 0x (no additional ELMT awarded). 

This event is for entertainment and community engagement purposes only and does not constitute an investment.

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 

   • No purchase necessary to enter or win. 

   • Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

   • Void where prohibited.

2. Contest Entry Rules:

   • No Purchase Necessary

     • You may submit your transaction hash to enter the contest, but no actual swap is required. "No purchase necessary" implies you can submit entries without making a purchase—swapping is entirely optional.

   • Purchase Method

     • Unlimited Entries: Enter as many times as you like! Each qualifying swap that results in a transaction hash for ELMT (ERC-20) tokens and a completed entry form counts as a separate entry.

     • One Entry per Transaction: Only one entry is allowed per qualifying unique transaction hash.

   • To Qualify for an Entry, You Must Complete BOTH Steps:

     • Complete a Swap for ELMT (ERC-20) during the contest dates:

       1. Execute a swap transaction where you send $20 (USD) or less of ETH, USDC, or USDT and receive any amount of ELMT (ERC-20) tokens.

       2. If your entry corresponds to a transaction hash initiated for more than $20 (USD), the entry is disqualified.

     • Complete the Event Entry Form:

       After completing a qualifying swap, submit the official Element United Pinball Swap Event entry form. This form requires:

       1. First Name

       2. Last Name

       3. Element Account Email Address

       4. The exact transaction hash (Tx Hash) of the qualifying swap receiving ELMT during the contest dates

3. Contest Dates:

   • Opens: May 21, 2025 @ 14:00 MT / 20:00 UTC

   • Closes: July 2, 2025 @ 17:59 MT / 23:59 UTC

4. How it Works:

   • Every qualifying entry receives a randomly assigned multiplier on your ELMT: • 0x • 1.5x • 2x or • 3x.  Multipliers are assigned randomly, and odds may vary. 0x is possible where no additional ELMT is received.

5. Multiplier Confirmation:

   • Check your provided email inbox after entering to see your result.

6. Bonus ELMT Distribution:

   • Each winner receives bonus ELMT tokens based on their assigned multiplier. ELMT Rewards will be distributed to associated Element wallets only on Fridays for entries from the previous week (Friday - Thursday).

   • Any monetary value of ELMT tokens is determined by Element Community Members and public trading market platforms and is not determined by Element United.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   • By participating in this contest, entrants acknowledge and agree that Element United and its affiliates are not liable for any technical issues, processing errors, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise in connection with the contest or the distribution of rewards.

   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including Instagram, Discord, X, Facebook, or any other Element United Social Media Platform.
